Information: If this comic were a giant robot show, Rets would be the kid that stumbles into the cockpit of the giant robot and somehow has the natural ability to pilot it. What I'm trying to say is, he is the hero of this story. He's a pretty sucky hero, really; hardly a hero at all. Maybe "main character" works better in this situation. I guess it would, given there's no villain to defeat and Rets has no natural ability at piloting a giant robot.

Anyway, Rets is the main character. He has a profound interest in Japanese media, mainly anime and manga. He is a lolicon and a pervert. He'll watch just about anything for "the tits" and he has well over 200 gigs of anime porn on his personal computer. He despises most of the American anime fanbase, writing them off as monkeys or something like that. Often times he acts childish, and sometimes takes things too far.

Information: Tina is a kind, cute girl who loves anime, manga and games. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the whole anime/manga/geek world (well, some things she still can't get her head around. This makes her moe, right? I'm making this up as I go) and she tends to have good, well backed opinions on anime series and the like. So, basically, she's an anime fan's dream girl. Yeah, she's a complete sexual fantasy, and why not? Fiction is about creating what does not exist, correct? So get off my case. Anyway, she hangs out with Rets a lot for some reason. She really could hang out with anyone, but for some reason she always stays with Rets. Rets is probably the only person that'll make her lose her cool, or at least inspire some degree of anger in her sweet angelic soul.
